how much luggage I'm allowed to take on a trip?

Can I get a refund in case something happen for example bad weather or due to a personal reason?

No because all service fees and tour tickets have been arranged before the trip begins.

Can I change the trip date to another day or time?

Yes, but for kota kinabalu daily tour package only. you must inform our agent at least one day in advance.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, a deposit payment of 50% of the actual price. Full payment must be paid the day before the trip date.

Does the domestic and international tour package price include flight tickets?

Do i need Travel Insurance?

Do i need visa?

It may vary depending on the country visited.
